Our Annual Conference and Fair

The Ephemera Society’s annual 3-day conference and fair held in Greenwich, CT is our flagship event. The highly regarded Friday all-day conference is always well attended, and the Saturday and Sunday fair brings together a full floor of dealer tables offering top-notch material with eager buyers. The weekend’s activities also include the Young Scholars Panel, an opening reception, an exhibits room, a banquet, an auction, a Board meeting and a full membership meeting. And a great deal of memorable camaraderie.

Pulling off this complex event successfully each year depends entirely on the hard work of many ESA volunteers. And it costs our thrifty organization a great deal of money. In recent years, a number of generous individuals and companies have chosen to donate toward supporting specific portions of the show.
